| Milestones 1983 Dr. Harald and Brigitte Krzyminski found TECHKON GmbH in Königstein / Germany. 1984 Successful market launch of the Reflection Densitometer R 412 featuring automatic color recognition. Thanks to its easy handling, the model becomes a best-seller. 1988 The first RT-series film densitometer in pocket-size format is presented. 1993 TECHKON offers the model R 410 featuring a patented measurement head technology, as reflected in the easy positioning and robust design. 1995 The SP 820 spectrophotometer sets new standards in handling, user comfort and measurement accuracy. The device is applied in many areas of color control and color management. 1998 With the Scan-Densitometer RS 400,a revolutionary measurement technology enters printing environments. 2000 - TECHKON takes a big step forward towards digital image analysis. New products such as the Digital MicroScope DMS 910 for the measurement on printing plates make way for pioneering methods of quality control. 2004 - With the introduction of the ground-breaking SpectroDens series, new standards for densitometers and spectrophotometers are set. 2006 is the market launch of SpectroPlate, a hand-held printing plate measurement instrument: Precise image analysis on the highest level! |
